just received a new iPad and it has no SIM card?
Is my new iPad supposed to come w a SIM card or do i use my old one? it is saying it won't work...

This support page details those models of iPad that are supplied with a physical AppleSIM. Most current Cellular models of iPad either have an embedded AppleSIM or eSIM - plus a physical SIM slot to accommodate a traditional Carrier SIM.
