Apple charged over 500. To my bank for a Bitmoji app I did not approve
they said they would issue a refund but it has yet to be credited back

I as well don’t know how that is possible considering they are free. But it did. I am happy to say, the charges have been refunded back to my bank.
Did not take 30 days, which after conversing with Apple support again yesterday, I was informed that my refund was approved and that it is Apples standard 30 days.
So, they made it right.
It would be interesting to hear how that happened. The app is free and has no in-app purchase options, or subscription fees. At least, none that are listed.
