Dvorak Keyboard option on iPad Magic Keyboard
No Dvorak option on hardware language keyboard inputs. How do I get it for use with magic keyboard?

Yes, there is a Dvorak option, at least for English. You go to settings > general > keyboard > hardware keyboards and tap over at the right edge. Then choose Dvorak (and not "automatic" or something else).
