Can the iOS 14 App Library Categories/Groups be changed?

Can the App Library categories/groups be changed from those Apple has established by default? I would like for various apps to be grouped differently than someone at Apple believes they should be grouped. I would like to split a couple of the Apple groups into more than one group. In short, I would like to do it MY WAY not Apple's way. I have been unable to find a way to create a new category/group, rename an existing category/group, or move apps between categories/groups.

I can accomplish my objective by creating group folders on the pages prior to the app library page but would prefer to make the "app library" page be what I believe it should be - for me, not for everyone else on the planet, just for me on my phone - if possible.

Is that possible? If so, if someone could point me to the instructions for doing so, I would appreciate it.

If it's not possible, could someone from Apple suggest this shortcoming be considered for iOS 14.1?
