i need help please

i cannot find the ios 14 update it says i have ios 13.7? and it’s all up to date i just want a link or something so i can update it i really want it :( i don’t know why it’s not showing up

There is no link.

The update should appear in Settings->General->Software Update directly on the iPhone.

If its not appearing there for some reason, make sure you are connected to a good Wi-Fi network that is not blocking Apple's update server for any reason.

Outside of that, you can attempt to update using iTunes / Finder on a Computer (Mac or PC): Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
