Hello

I need help with the new update i have iphone 11 pro max and I don’t see the new update what should i do?

From your Screen Shot, you need to make the following changes-

  • Must be connected to a WiFi Network (not hotspot and not cellular)
  • Must have the Low Power Mode set to OFF.

Try updating after the above changes are made. If you still see the same thing on your screen then-


Did you participate in the iOS 13 BETA Program? Do you have the iOS 13 BETA Profile still installed on your iPhone? If YES then delete the iOS 13 BETA Profile and reboot. 

To delete the profile, Open Settings General Profiles : Here you will see the iOS 13 Profile to delete.

Then try updating to iOS 14 again.
