Unable to turn on share name and photo in message settings

How can I turn on share name and photo in message settings? Keeps stating not signed in to iCloud and iMessage or are not same.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are unable to share your name and photo in Message Settings. We’re happy to help.


Please go to Settings > Messages > Share Name and Photo > Name and Photo Sharing and toggle on. You will then choose your photo and name to be used along with sharing to Contacts Only or Always Ask.
