Difficulties with IPhone

My IPhone 11 is not letting me open apps or even shutdown, it just happened out of nowhere, what should I do ?

Hey,


You could try this:


1. Press the volume up button once (don't hold)

2. Press the volume down button once (don't hold)

3. Press and hold the sleep/wake button until you see the Apple logo

4. Let go of the sleep/wake button.
