Align text to top/middle/bottom of a cell no working?
I'm using Numbers and the text is not aligning with the top, middle, or bottom of cells

It looks like all your text dips below the bottom of the cells. There are ways to get that to happen. Hopefully we can backtrack and fix it. Go to the Text tab in the sidebar on the right and then go to the Layout section. What does "text inset" say it is? If it is too large and the cell is too short, it will push the text past the bottom.
Or, rather than trying to figure out which setting is messed up, do this instead:

Works fine here. Are the cells tall enough to allow the text to move up or down in them? Can you post a screenshot and tell us what you are doing to make the text align up/down/center? It sounds like a problem that should not require a screenshot but it is also a problem I don't recall ever hearing about here so maybe seeing it will shed some light on it.
