New MacBook Air Service Battery Problem

My friends new MacBook Air arrived recently and service battery message popped up right after opening Mac. What should she do any suggestions?

Hi,

Resetting SMC could solve the issue.

If it doesn't work, she can return and refund her MacBook Air, if it's before 14 Calendar days she received her MacBook Air.

If it's over the day of 14 days limit, contact Apple support or make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find near opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to replace the battery for free.
