I can't add any payment method to my account. I tried to add Paypal and it keeps saying that it's not possible from the country I am in. I live in Belgium, but my bank account is in Luxembourg. I can't make any purchases. What can I do?
You can buy Belgian iTunes gift cards from a local store and redeem them as credit on your account.
If you use a bank card, it HAS to be from the country whose App Store you are using.
