ECG not working

I have already setup ECG on iPhone when I was on iOS 13 it also worked when upgraded to iOS 14 until I reset Apple Watch due high battery usage on WatchOS 7. After I reset ECG app on Apple Watch says “setup on iPhone” but I can see the setup page on iPhone. I already have ECG recorded data also.

Thanks for asking about the new ECG feature.

Check here for availability in your region: ECG

ECG requires the current non-beta version of iOS and watchOS. For additional help with the ECG feature on your Apple Watch, take a look at these articles.

I have the same issue. ECG was working before I installed the iOs and watchOS public betas this Summer, but now that I'm running the latest releases (14.0.1 and 7.0.1 respectively) I still can't use the ECG. It says to hold my finger to the crown but it doesn't work.

I removed the beta test profiles from both devices prior to the .0.1 releases and I've used the ECG many times prior to installing the public beta on this hardware without incident.
