APPLE.COM BILLING

I changed my storage space from R14.99 to the free storage space, so I’m no longer making use of the extra storage space. Yet Apple still bills me on the R14.99 that I no longer use. How can I stop this?

Did you downgrade correctly -- Downgrade or cancel your iCloud storage plan - Apple Support?
