If there’s no Apple ID, there can be no charge.


Is this an email received reporting a purchase or a payment?


Have you confirmed the transaction with Apple and with your financial provider?


There’s a whole lot of phishing happening:

Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support


The scammers are looking to hook the user into logging into their Apple ID through the scammer’s “Apple login webpage”. And for the users that do log into that fake webpage, then he “fun” begins and the scams and the fraudulent purchases start.


here is how to:

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

See your purchase history for the App Store, iTunes Store, and more - Apple Support


If the purchase(s) really did happen:

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
