iCloud Storage

Hi All, it says my iCloud Storage is full. When I log in to iCloud it tells me I have 16.5GB available. So, which is it?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Are you certain the message relates to your iCloud or does it relate to your device's storage?
