Start by force-quitting the camera app—>How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support


If that doesn’t fix it restart your phone—>Restart your iPhone - Apple Support


And make sure you have enough free storage. An absolute minimum of 1 GB, preferably a lot more.
