I'm unable to update my iPhone 6

I believe the problem may be the personal hotspot connection.
Check this other discussion thread on the subject.
I downloaded 12.4.8 tried to install, it stopped and put this on the screen . I retried several times and got the same results.
12.4.8 is what you want.
Charge the phone, then leave it connected to the charge circuit.
Connect to a WiFi network and try the update again.
I did that and I got the same result. I'm still not able to Install my download. I also deleted and reinstalled the 12.4.8 update.
I’m not connected to a hotspot I was on a separate WiFi. There’s one that I can try it’s the connection to a apple compute’s iTunes which I don’t have so I’ll have to go the Apple store.
