Can't remove Currently Open Websites - MacBook Air Safari 14.0

Hi There

Very frustrated. I have MacBook Air (2018, with macOS Catalina 10.15.6) and Safari version 14.0 (15610.1.28.1.9, 15610). There is a malicious website consistently showing as "Currently Open Websites", although I checked everything, bookmark, home website setup, Clear History, manage website data (remove all), uninstall Adobe flash player, restart in safe mode. But it still shows!!! Can anyone please kindly help to resolve this issue?

Thanks,

Eric

I think I found the solution to resolve this issue, but someone can take a look if malicious website has certain way to automatically set "pin a website". This malicious website was somehow set as "pin a website", after pin tab removed, and recheck Preference -> Websites for each one item starting from Reader etc., remove this website if any, then it should be ok.
