Apple Watch 7.01 not connecting with GPS

Since updating to 7.01, I’ve lost the GPS tracking to all movement App’s, from Workout to Strava.

I have done all suggestions on my Watch, from simple reboot through to the Fitness Tracking settings under Privacy. Still nothing!!

Any suggestions
