AirPod disconnected automatically when I am using how to rectify this issue ?

A Couple of Thoughts:

Any Other "Nearby" Bluetooth Devices?:

Disable Bluetooth on another device these may be pairing with.

Try hard resetting your iPhone:

Go To: Settings
Select: General
Scroll to: the Very Bottom
Select: Shut Down
Slide Finger: to the Right
Wait: 30 Seconds
Power One: the iPhone
Try this Once More
