you can't

but

someone else can

because the ram is solder on the logic board, that can and has been replaced.

if you really need more ram and would risk and pay extra there are services who will perform such a task.


i would love to add 4 more gb on my MacBook air 2010 which has 4 but the cost and risk just is not worth the hassle.

especially when these new MacBooks that are being sold in the future seem incredible.
