Where is the deleted photo folder in 14.0.1

Same place it was in iOS 13... go to Photos app, select Albums in the options at the bottom, then scroll all the way to the bottom of the albums. Under the Utilities header I have Imports, Hidden and Recently Deleted listed

I actually checked that before I submitted my prior post..

I cleared out my recently deleted album and it's still there.

Killed the photos app and checked again.. still there.

Force restarted my phone, Recently Deleted album is still there with 0 items in it

I know that's how Notes works, but I think for Photos it stays put.

ok.. that's a change then for me.

Keep in mind as well... it is not present until you actually have deleted photos.
