Why can’t I update my ios software 12.4.8 to ios 13? I tried to download Netflix and it says requires ios 13 or later and I can’t download it since I have ios 12.4.8 and I can’t update it as it says your software is up to date. I want to download Netflix on my phone, What do I do?

What happens when you try? Do you get an error? Aside from updating your iPhone directly from iCloud, try updating using your computer - a Mac, or a PC, even.
Backup First:
