Notes disappeared on iPhone, now IPad Pro after iOS 14 update

My history of Notes, have all disappeared from my IPhone and IPad Pro, since the iOS 14 update, though I consistently back up to iCloud. What is the Apple solution?

See if you can recover -- Delete and recover notes on iCloud.com - Apple Support.
