Not able to delete the admin or standard user on my mac pro 2015

Hi,

I just created a new Admin user and wanted to delete the existing users one user is Admin and the other is a standard user. but the minus sign "-" is always grey (inactive)! i tried logging out and in again as well as changing the password, but still not able to delete! any help is much appreciated!

You can’t delete the guest user, and as mentioned, you need to be logged out of the account you want to delete. I haven’t managed to confirm this, but if your old user is the only one that can decrypt FileVault, I would hope the OS would prevent you from deleting it.
