AppleID got disabled

My apple ID got disabled but the website it wants me to use to fix this problem is getting blocked by my internet provider for "malicious content". Is there a way to see if this is real or not and fix it if so? It has also been longer than 24 hours because I didn't realise that the email had been sent

The email is fake. Forward it to reportphishing@apple.com as an attachment and then delete it.


If an Apple ID actually gets locked or disabled, its owner will be told when they try logging into it instead of through email.
