Touch Bar is not working

Hi, my touch bar for mac book pro is not working. It only allows me to adjust brightness and volume. Other than that is not working. How can I solve this?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

If this does not bring it back to life—then you have a hardware issue, and all you can do is take it in for service:
