Why does the calorie burnt between two watches differ when me and my friend walk equal distance. Infact at times even if I walk more distance calories burnt is less then my friend who walks lesser distance.

No two people are the same, calories burnt take into account your height, weight, gender and age amongst other things, the only thing that should be the same with your friend is the distance you walked.

For accuracy check that all your personal details are up to date in the health app on the phone.
