Hi my little cousin kept trying my password and it locked me out of my iPad how can I make an appointment to get it reset

You can make an appointment via https://getsupport.apple.com.

You can also try it on your own if you have a computer with iTunes (Finder if it's a Mac with macOS 10.15 or later). Follow the procedure in https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263.
