Greetings,

There are a number of different reasons that may cause your printer to not work properly, from firmware updates to issues with the local printing system. We have a great article here that goes over some steps that can resolve printing issues: Solve printing problems on Mac

If those steps don't work, you may need to try to reset the printing system on your Mac. This can help clear out the queue but please keep in mind that it will reset all print jobs, completed and pending, as well as remove the printer (which will require you to re-add): Reset the Mac printing system to solve a problem

If you continue to have issues after that, you may need to contact your printer manufacturer for further support.

Let us know if you come across any issues during these steps.

All the best.
