Upgrading to Logic 10.5.1 on a Mac pro early 2009 (w/ High Sierra 10.13.6)

Hello,

I'm using a very stable Mac pro early 2009 w/ high sierra 10.13.6 (thanks to dosdude patching).

Logic 10.4.8 is running smoothly on the Mac Pro.

I consider updating to logic 10.5.1 via the Apps store, which is proposing me the upgrade.

Does anyone with the same harware and system had issue with this quite old configuration? Do you think I can upgrade smoothly? (I never had to use time machine before, I'd like to avoid this situation).

Thanks for your time.

cheers.

Mac Pro, macOS 10.13

I think your main issue is the upgrade to a version of macOS supporting Logic 10.5.1.
