Menu (back) button not responding

Hi, yeah my Apple TV has suddenly began acting weird. The Menu button is no longer responding, along with the Siri button and play and pause. I switched to iPhone remote app and they wouldn't respond on that either, nor on my universal TV remote. Has anyone else experienced this problem and possibly found a solution? Thanks in advance.

Disconnect your Apple TV from power for a minute or two, then re-connect and try again.

If the issue persists, contact Apple Support.
