hp framework malware

I just saw a message on my new MacBook about HP framework. I can't get rid of this message; it keeps coming back if I close it. I think this is malware. Dropbox automatically opens at the same time, which is also suspicious. I've shut off that computer because I don't know what's going on. How do I deal with this? I did some searching and at seems that other people have also reported this error message, but I haven't seen clear instructions on how to respond.

Did you update macOS to 10.15.7, recently? If so, then take a look at: Why have my HP printers stopped working? How to check their software signature. Visit HP's site and download and install the latest 5.1 versions of HP's driver and firmware update that should fix the problem.
