How caN I SHRINK MY PHOTOS TO MAKE SMALLER PAPER COPIES?

My uncle had one when I was a child. A great hunting dog and also a great dog to chase and be chased in circles through their house from kitchen to living room to hallway to utility room to kitchen again.
When you print photos from the Photos app on a Mac, the print dialog has a number of size options. One of them is "Custom" -- if you select that you can change the size.
