How can I read content of my icloud files? I keep getting notices it's full and I can't backup anything. I don't even know what's stored. help?

If your iCloud storage is full, you will need to cull it -- Manage your iCloud storage - Apple Support. If you cannot backup -- If you can't back up to iCloud or restore from iCloud backup failed - Apple Support.
