What is synced in the iCloud Keychain?

In "Keychain Access" on my Mac, I find I lot of passwords I know nothing about. These include Application Passwords, Network Passwords, certificates, private keys, etc.

When I turn on the iCloud Keychain, will ALL of this be synced? If not, exactly which will be synced (I know autofill usernames and passwords, forms, credit cards, etc., will)? If it is all synced, what specific purpose do they have?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.0

If private browsing is used in device iPhone / Mac passwords are not saved , enabling private browsing cookies are disabled , and web history is not saved , also if you a view a web site and it prompts to fill password ( a ) allow ( b ) not allow ( c ) later , if you click on not allow or late passwords are not autofilled in keychain access , admin passwords are never shared from Mac to iPhone as this is a security for Mac and designed that user must never share at least admin password to others they might misuse it , however passwords are shared from Mac to iPhone from safari preferences https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/safari/ibrw12d5ed41/mac

Admin passwords are encrypted in Mac keychain access , only the administrator can view Apple ID password and web site password https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/keychain-access/kyca1085/mac
