My whatsapp was recently hacked and I lost all photos, video and some conversation after reinstalled whatsapp. I have backup from PC but I am afraid that if I click restore and all my phone setting, photo, apps will be back to the setting in half year ago (i.e. some photos may be lost). Is it possible to restore whatsapp message and photos only back to my iphone via itune or other alternative?

An iPhone backup is all or none. Restoring that old iTunes backup will erase everything from the iPhone and put it back to the way it was on that date/time. I'm not sure if WhatsApp has any other method of backing up and/or restoring. You would have to contact their support to ask them that.
