I can’t sign in my account.

I can’t sign in to my account. It said that verification failed (cannot find the person). But when i try to sign up the email it said already been used. I cannot sign in to my icloud account right now. How to fix it ?

How exactly are you trying to sign in to your account? Are you doing so at iCloud.com from a computer? What device are you using? More details please.
