Personal Information

I recently received an automated message saying my apple password had been used and I was at risk of someone getting my personal information and was told not to use any apps that used my financial information is this true how do I know if and when I can use my bank app again or do I just change my password?

Apple does not make such calls.

All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to ignore the calls or hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.
