Yes they are. It's been about and hour since I did this and the files just came up on the (2) iPads but still have not shown up on the phone yet. Maybe the cloud is slow today? I have no idea why it took so long but I thank you for all your help. I have had apple products for many years and seldom have problems but this one I couldn't figure out. If there is anything else you can think of please let me know. Again Thank You Very Much.
Yes. If I make changes in any other programs it shows up in the cloud across all my devices
Then your files should be syncing with your iPhone & iPad.
I have an old iPad mini that it shows up on and it shows up on the iCloud on my pc but not on my iAd pro's or iPhone x. i have to be missing a setting somewhere in those devices???
On the iPad Pro and iPhone X, is iCloud Drive enabled under Settings > Name > iCloud?
Is the iPhone plugged in to power and connected to WiFi?
Yes it is. I'll give it a while longer and see what happens.
