Billing and subscriptions

I keep getting charges I’m not purchasing so I try and remove my card linked to my account and it says I have a subscription that the card cannot be removed because of it. When I look at my subscriptions it does not show anything. I want to remove my credit card because a week or so ago I got a $220 charge for some thing I did not purchase and was not eligible for a refund for some reason. So I would like to remove my credit card.
