Forgot screen time passcode

I forgot my screentime passcode, when I click on forgot passcode..I type in my correct id and password to change it but it won’t let me. It just says try again in 60 mins...

If these minimun requirements are met (iOS 13.4 or later and knowing the Apple ID & Password used to set up that ScreenTime passcode), follow these instructions:--> If you forgot your Screen Time passcode – Apple Support
