There is no accounts option in the mail folder. How do I add an email account to my iPad without losing the current 1

If your new iPad is running iPadOS 13, go to Settings>Passwords & Accounts>Accounts
If your new iPad is running iPadOS 14, go to Settings>Mail>Accounts
then follow these instructions:--> Add an email account to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Thx, I found the option but it won’t let me add the old email. I just lost my old iPad about 6 days ago. Daughter picked this new one for me. She set it up with a new email address, but I need to be able to access the old 1 to. When I put in the info to add the old email account it says it’s not available.
