How can I best separate the two devices ?

Sign out on one of them in Settings>Your Name.

I have a iPad and a iPhone that currently use the same iCloud and iTunes account plus the same email account. How can I separate the two devices. I want to put the phone on it’s own account. Email and Apple ID and iTunes account.
