Small Toolbar Icons in Mail with Big Sur
I can customize which icons appear in the Mail Toolbar, but I can't make them bigger so that I can easily see them. Unnecessarily frustrating!

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! It sounds like you're wanting to make the Toolbar icons bigger in Mail on your Mac. While you can change the size of the sidebar icons in Mail, it's currently not possible to change the size of the icons in the Toolbar:
