hai..i want to update ios 14.2 for my iphone 7.while update process,it suddenly show ( an unknown error occurred (4000).what should i do?

It is a bug with ITunes for Windows.

Until it is fixed you can eithet

Use WiFi instead, (Settings, General, Software update) or
If you want to use the PC you should disable Passcode temporarily on the phone, though this will affect some apps like Apple Pay
