Can not update software???

I am using a Mac Pro (Mid 2012) - 3.33 GHz 6-Core Intel Xeon - 16 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 - ATI Radeon HD 5770 1024 MB

I can not update the software to MacOS 10.14 or later. Is my computer TOO Old?

I am running 10.13 and can not up date photoshop or lightroom to use the new Nikon Z6ii NEF files.

Please help!
