If it says iPhone disabled connect to iTunes then you must connect to iTunes on a Mac or Windows computer. Chrome book will not work.

If your iPhone says “iPhone is disabled try again in x minutes” then try to enter a passcode or else restoring the device from iTunes erases the whole iPhone.

You can always restore missing data from your iCloud.

Unfortunately, you can't download iTunes for Chromebook. You'll need a MacOS or Windows installed computer.
