I am trying repeatedly to authorize new computer for itunes. Keeps telling me I have exceeded 5 users even though only two are currently authorized.

I am signed into three devices on itunes subscription. Trying to activate new device. Keep getting message that not allowed to authorize because only allowed 5 devices
