Unable to screenshot with iPhone on iOS 14.2
I am unable to screenshot with my iPhone XS on iOS 14.2. Here's what I've tried so far, open to other suggestions:
- Home button + volume up button
- Assistive touch > Device > More > Screenshot
- Double tap assistive touch
- Double tap back of device
- Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings
All of the above have failed. I'm noticing that when I attempt to take a screenshot, the assistive touch button fades away almost as if a screenshot is being taken. However, no photos are saved.
Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
